I am starting a new venture into sports massage. I am a chartered physiotherapist with a level 3 diploma in sports massage. I will be based at the cottage retreat working alongside the amazing team.

I have a personal passion for sports and exercise, from marathon running to strength training. I desire to support others to recover quicker, maintain condition and prevent injuries so they can keep doing what they love.

Everyone can benefit from sports massage no matter how much activity you do.

I am the owner of Face Forward Aesthetics and hold my Southport clinic at The Cottage Retreat.

I offer micro blading, semi permanent eyebrows and semi permanent lip tattooing.

Consultations are held before each treatment to allow you chance to meet me as your practitioner and discuss in confidence the results you desire.

I qualified from the University of Liverpool in 2014 and have worked in the North West since then. I enjoy all aspects of general dentistry and aim to provide the highest quality of care and help my patients feel at ease.

In 2019 I completed the diploma of membership exams for the joint dental faculties Royal College of Surgeons England (MJDF RCS Eng) and am now a member of the faculty of General Dental Practice.

Over the last 8 years I have completed several accredited training courses for facial aesthetic techniques including Botox, dermal fillers, skin boosters and polynucleotides.

I strive to help my patients look like a refreshed and revived version of themselves. Even for bigger transformations it’s important to me that no patient looks too ‘done’.
